A couple of weeks ago I decided to go to an exhibtion called: 'Forever Young! Poland and it's art around 1900' which sounded quite promisig, especially for a lazy Saturday afternoon. In fact, I'm not the biggest fan of museums, but...well- art and thinking makes us different from the animals, right?;) Sometimes is good to move your butt from the couch and enjoy fine arts. Well, relatively;>
To be honest, I have to say that this time I was REALLY contented. The only thing that I didn't like there was... creaking floor- that's a beauty of an old building. To feel its atmosphere, visit the museum till
29 September 2013 or just look at its architecture during Your way back from the main Market Square.
Check out the description of the exhibition:
'What makes it still attractive, interesting and liked despite the passage of time? Simply - eternally young? This question is asked by an exhibition presenting the best of around-1900 Polish Art in the renovated interiors of the Szołayski Tenement House - a Branch of the National Museum in Kraków, in the capital city of art at the turn of the 19th to the 20th century.'
