Teddy Roosevelt

Isn't going outdoors with Your favorite teddy bear (we don't have a dog, I mean, we used to have one, so I'm not inexperienced in that matter) a wonderful way of celebrating the spring? It is also a brilliant idea for spending time with Your 6-tear-old sister. Obviously, mine was delighted ;) We spent an hour discovering the signs of sring in our garden and taking pictures of plants and teddy bears. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, my sister is a very talented photographer. (The first picture in this post, taken by her, is the best proof of that.) She's generally very talented when it comes to creating something- whatever it is- photographs, drawings, paintings, buildings made of LEGO... You can now be oficially jealous for her ;) Obviously I'm joking. I believe in Your skills, dear Readers. Speaking of which, I'll be honoured if you share any of your works with me. I'll publish them in my next post if I like them. You can send them to me via e-mail: janefebray@gmail.com. I also invite You to visit my fanpage.

Head over heels

'Head over heels' is an expression commonly used when we talk about love. Obviously You can be head over heels in love with a boy or girl. All of the padlocks pinned to bridges in big cities symbolise the feelings that people share and that are supposed to last forever (I saw probably the greatest amount of padlocks of love in Paris- the guide told us that they had been too heavy and had to have been removed, but when we saw the bridge it was full of the padlocks again. The power of love, I guess.) .

I'm head over heels in love with spring. It's my favorite time of the year. During those months I feel like a newborn child- I enjoy the nature waking up to life and I notice many smiling people on the streets. Everybody seems to be happier than they used to be in winter. Can You feel that positive vibe too? No? My pictures may help You ;D Even more positive energy HERE!

To moja ulubiona pora roku.

Every rose has its thorn (?)

Poison 'Every Rose Has Its Thorn'

We both lie silently still in the dead of the night
Although we both lie close together
We feel miles apart inside
Was it somethin' I said or somethin' I did
Did my words not come out right
Tho' I tried not to hurt you
Tho' I tried
But I guess that's why they say

Every rose has it's thorn
Just like every night has its dawn
Just like every cowboy sings a sad, sad song
Every rose has its thorn

Yea it does

I listen to your favorite song playin' on the radio
Hear the DJ say love's a game of
Easy come and easy go
But I wonder does he know
Has it ever felt like this
And I know that you'd be here right now
If I could have let you know somehow I guess

Every rose has its thorn
Just like every night has its dawn
Just like every cowboy sings a sad, sad song
Every rose has it's thorn

Though it's been a while now
I can still feel so much pain
Like the knife that cuts you
The wound heals, but the scar, that scar remains

Every rose has it's thorn
Just like every night has its dawn
Just like every cowboy sings a sad, sad song
Every rose has its thorn

So I hear you've found somebody new
And that I never meant that much to you
To hear that tears me up inside
And to see you cuts me like a knife, I guess

Every rose has it's thorn
Just like every night has its dawn
Just like every cowboy sings a sad, sad song
Every rose has its thorn
